On their first night together, a newly married couple goes to change before bed. The new bride comes out of the bathroom wearing a filmy white robe. The proud husband says, “Sweetheart, we’re married now, you can open your robe.” She opens her robe, and he is astonished. “My God,” he exclaims, “You’re so beautiful. Please let me take your picture.

Puzzled she says, “My picture?”

He answers, “Yes, my dear, so I can carry your beauty next to my heart forever.”

She smiles and he takes her picture, and then he heads into the bathroom to change. He comes out wearing his robe and his wife asks him to disrobe in kind. At that, the man opens his robe and she exclaims, “Oh, my, I must get a picture.”

He beams and asks, “So you can carry it next to your heart as well?”

“No,” she answers, “so I can get it enlarged!”
